SsakEraser Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using SsakEraser (“싹지우개”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The in-app terms state: “싹지우개는 무료 사진 편집 도구입니다. AI 결과는 참고용이며 최종 저장 전 반드시 확인하세요.” (SsakEraser is a free photo-editing tool. AI results are for reference; review them before final save.)

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful personal photo editing on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App except to the extent applicable law forbids such restriction.

3. Your content and third-party rights

You retain rights in photos and materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to edit, store, and (when AI is allowed) transmit crops, masks, and prompts derived from those materials—including rights relating to likenesses of other people and third-party intellectual property.

Do not use the App to create or distribute content that infringes others’ rights or violates law.

4. AI-assisted results

When AI features are used under the App’s disclosed “AI allowed” condition, outputs are reference material only. You must review results before saving or sharing. The App does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs.

This section does not assert undocumented generative capabilities beyond the photo-editing / AI-assisted editing context described in the App Legal text.

5. Free tool; no invented pricing

The in-app terms describe the App as a free photo-editing tool. This draft does not invent paid plans, subscriptions, or IAP terms. If pricing is introduced later, separate terms would be required.

6. Changes and availability

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where disclaimer is allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the App or AI outputs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
